Following in the footsteps of Germany’s national team, Dr. Walter has now also won its fourth star.

Insurance broker Dr. Walter received the Star Insurance Provider Award for the fourth year in a row. The 10th anniversary of the award ceremony took place at the international Alphe youth fair in London where Dr. Walter prevailed against competitors from Germany, Argentina, France and the UK.

Various international educational organizations voted for Dr. Walter as Insurance Provider of the Year in the categories educational travel, internships abroad and high school stays. This year, Dr. Walter prevailed against its competitors from Germany (CareMed), Argentina (Assist Card), France (AVI) and the UK (Endsleigh Insurance Services).

“I consider this award from our international customers as a big thumbs up for our achievements and services in the last years. Our goal is to keep providing services at the highest level”, said a happy René Gillet, Director International Sales for High School, Work and Travel, Language and Educational Travel at Dr. Walter, who received the award last weekend in front of 850 insurance industry representatives.

The Star Awards are presented by Study Travel Magazine, the trade magazine for language travel and exchange programs. The award ceremony took place at the Alphe trade fair for international exchange programs and language travel. Should Dr. Walter win the award again, they will qualify for being accepted into the StudyTravel Super Star Hall of Fame.
