Congratulations! At this year’s Alphe Conference youth fair in London, the German insurance broker Dr. Walter GmbH has won the prestigious STM Star Insurance Provider Award. The award is presented every year by ‘Study Travel Magazine’, the international trade magazine for youth travel and exchange organizations.

In addition to awards handed out to agencies, language schools and internship providers, the participating exchange organizations also vote on an insurance broker. This year’s winner is Dr. Walter GmbH. With its tailored insurance solutions for short-term and long-term language travel, high school stays and internships abroad, the travel insurance expert from Neunkirchen-Seelscheid, Germany, prevailed against its competitors from France, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

The annual youth fair ‘Alphe Conference’ took place from 31 August to 2 September near Westminster Bridge in London and is regarded as one of the most important industry meetings for language schools, educational institutions and experts from the area of international student exchange. The award ceremony is the traditional climax of the BtoB fair with its more than 800 participants from all over the world.
