In its annual revision, TÜV NORD CERT GmbH confirmed that the insurance broker continues to meet all requirements regarding excellent service.

The TÜV certificate “Geprüfte Service-Qualität” (Certified Quality of Service) is awarded for diligent customer service and excellent consulting skills. The TÜV jury also praised Dr. Walter GmbH for its informative website, brochures and contract documents as well as for its fair settlement of claims.

To ensure quality of service, TÜV audited the structures and processes of the company’s different departments. The audit focused on customer service and on the Contracts and Claims Department.
